THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDIliIE BY-LAW 195-29 A BY-LAW TO 1IMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMZlIDED BEIBG THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONIBG BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWRSHIP OF KINCARDIliIE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine pursuant to section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, ENACTS as follows: 1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 9.3.27(a) and (b) to section 9.3 thereof: 9.3.27(a) Notwithstanding their 'AI' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 70, Concession 1 NDR, in the Township of Kincardine and delineated as 'Al-95-40a' in the Township of Kincardine on Schedule "Au to this By-Law, may be used for residential purposes in compliance with the 'AI' Zone provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting however that: i) the 'Minimum Lot Area' shall be 4.46 acres; ii) the 'Minimum Lot Frontage' shall be 648 feet; iii) for the purposes of this Section, 'Lot Area' shall be defined as the total horizontal area within the lot lines of the lot. 2. Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'AI' to 'Al-95-40a' the zoning designation on Part of Lot 70, Concession 1 NDR, in the Township of Kincardine as shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line of the attached Schedule 'A'. 3. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1990.
