BY-LAW NO. BB-25

A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE
of the Township of
Planning Act, 1983,
The Council of the Corporation
Kincardine, pursuant to Section 34 of The
ENACTS as follows:
1.
No. B2-08, as amended, beIng the ComprehensIve Zoning
for the Corporat10n of the Township of Kincardine is
further amended by addIng the following SubsectIon
to Section 32 thereof:

Notwithstanding anything in this By-Law to the
contrary, those lands described as Lot 1, Plan
491, Concession "A", in the TownshIp of KincardIne
and delineated as 'PD-5' on Schedule "A" to thIS
By-Law, may be used for Seasonal Residential
purposes in compliance with the 'R2' Zone
provisions contained In this By-law, excepting
however that:
i) the 'Minimum Exterior Side Yard' shall be
5.4B metres.
2. Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon the zoning designation
from 'PD' to 'PD-5' on those lands described as Lot 1, Plan
491, Concession "A", in the Township of Kincardine, shown
outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached
Schedule "A".
3.
This By-Law takes effect from the date of
and comes into force pursuant to the
Planning Act, 1983.
