A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED
8EING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING 8Y-LAW FOR THE
CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE
The Council
pursuant to

of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine
Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as
1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive
Zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Township of
Kincardine, is hereby further amended by deleting
Subsection 21.4(b) thereof and replacing it with the
following Subsection 21.4(b):
21.4 (b) Notwithstanding their 'C3' Zoning designation,
those lands delineated as 'C3-2' on Schedule
"A" to this By-Law shall only be used for the
purposes of a restaurant, drive-in restaurant
or take-out restaurant, and uses accessory
thereto, including the sale of confectionary
items and souvenirs within the existing
building, in compliance with the 'C3' Zoning
provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting
however that:
i) the 'Minimum Lot Area~ shall be 3200
square metres;
ii) the 'Minimum Side Yard' shall be 8.5
metres.

This By-Law takes effect from
Council and comes into force
of the Planning Act, 1983.
