" .;, ~ THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 90-04 (BAILEY) A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zon i ng By-Law of the Corporat i on of the Townsh i p of K i ncard i ne, is hereby further amended by add i ng the following paragraph (k) to Subsection 32.2 thereof: (k) Notwithstanding their 'PO' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lots 52 and 53, Concession "A", in the Township of Kincardine and delineated as 'PD-8' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law, shall only be used in compliance with the 'R2' Zone provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting, however, that: i) the' M i n i mum Lot Area' sha 11 be 1,480 square metres; ii) the 'Minimum Lot Frontage' shall be 30 metres; iii) the requirement of Subsection 6.5 for frontage on an improved street shall not apply. 2. Schedul e "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon the Zoning designation from 'PD' to 'PD-8' on those lands described as Part of Lots 52 and 53, Concession "A", in the Township of Kincardine, as shown on the attached Schedule "A". 3. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passing by Council and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of The Planning Act, 1983.
