THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 90-08 (MCLELLAND) A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW ~O. 82-08, AS A~ENDED BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE The Council of Kincardine, pursuant ENACTS as follows: the Corporation of the Township of to Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1:,183, 1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 9.3.5 to Section 9 thereof: 9.3.5 Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 49, Concession 1 NDR and delineated as 'Al-90-0B' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law shall be used for agricul tural purposes in compl iance wi th the 'A1' Zone provisions, excepting, however, that: (i) the 'Minimum Lot Area' shall be 15.0 hectares (37 acres) (ii) the '~inimum Lot Frontage' shall be 47.0 metres (154.0 feet). 2. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 10.1.4 to Section 10 thereof: 10.1.4 Notwithstanding their 'A2' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 49, Concession 1 NDR, and delineated as 'A2-90-0B' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law, shall be used for agricultural purposes in compliance with the 'Al-90-0B' Zone provisions, excepting, however, that: ( i ) intensive agriculture and I iquid manure storage facilities shall not be permitted. 3. Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A1', 'A2' and 'EP' (as shown on Schedule "B" attached to this By-Law) to 'Al-90-0B', 'A2- 90-08' and 'EP', as shown outlined by the broken line on the attached Schedule "A". . . :: -2- 4. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passing by Council and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of The Planning Act, 1983.
