By-law No. 82-08, being the Restricted Area By-law of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby flll,ther' am""deu by deleting par'agraph (1') of subsection 6.17.1 and replacing it with the following paragraph (1'): (1') Automobile Car Wash 3 spaces per wash bay. car 2. By-law 82-08 is hereby further amended by deleting paragraph (r) of subsection 6.17.1 and replacing it with the following paragraph (r): (I') Automobile Service Station 3 spaces bay or minimum, is greater per service 3 spaces whichever 3 . By-law No. 82-08 is adding the following 30.1 (b) thereof: hereby further amended by permitted use to subsection an accessory building for the purpose of administration or storage facilities 4 . Schedule "A", Map J to By-Jaw No. 82-08 is hereby further amended by changing thereon from "I'D" to "R3" the Zoning designation of those lands descri bed as part of Lots 59 and 60, Concess ion 'A', in the Township of Kincardine, as shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule "A". " 5. Schedule "A", Map 1 to By-law No. 82-08 is hereby further amended by changing thereon from "C2" to "R3" the Zoning designation of those lands described as part of Lot 60, Concession 'A', in the Township of Kincardine, as shown outlined in the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule HAlt, (", . .... ... . . . . ¡;, lIy-law No. 82-0H is adding the following 14.4 thereof: I,('[,.,by further' paragraph (b) to Ilmended by subsection ( b) Notwithstanding their "R3" Zoning designation, the existing building situated on those lands described as nR3-2" on Schedule "A" to this By-law shall only be used for the purposes of a commercial accounting establishment in c:ompl1ance \",j lh Ltu" "C~n Zoning provisions contained in this By-law. 7. Schedule "A", Map 1 to By-law No. 82-08 is hereby further amended by changing thereon from "I'D" to "R3-2" the Zoning designation of those lands described as part of Lot 60, Concession 'A', in the Township of Kincardine, which is shown outlined in the heaviest black broken 1 ine on the attached Schedule "An. 8. Schedule "B" (Glammis Zoning Map) to By-la,. No. 82- OR is hereby deJeted following Schedule "B" attached to this By-law. and replaced with (Glammis Zoning the ~ ap ) 9. By-law No. 82-08 as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting subsection 6.10 and replacing it with the following subsection 6.10: 6.10 EXCEPTION TO MAXIMUM HEIGHT REGULATIONS The regulations prescribing the maximum height of any building or structure shall not, in any zone, apply to flag poles, radio or television receiving or transmitting equipment (not including satellite dishes), grain elevators, windmills, farm silo or barns, church spires, belfries, cupolas, pent-houses, towers or domes not used for human occupancy, chimneys, smoke stacks, ventilators, skylights, water tanks, scenery lofts, bulk heads, firewalls and similar features and necessary mechanical appurtenances accessory to the building on which they are erected, including any roof signs erected and/or maintained in accordance wi th any by-law or regulation of the municipality from time to time in force; provided that however, that such features are erected only to such heights as is necessary to accomplish their purpose, 13. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force pursuant to the provisions of The Planning Act, 1983. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS , 1990.
