THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 91-15 (MCCONNELL) A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 9.3.11 to Section 9.0 thereof: 9.3.11 (a) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 17, Concession 7, in the Township of Kincardine and delineated as 'A1-91- 15a' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law may be used for residential purposes in compliance with the 'A1' Zone provisions, contained in this By-Law, excepting, however, that: i) the 'Minimum Lot Area' shall be 15,904 square metres (3.93 acres); ii) the 'Minimum Lot Frontage' shall be 118 metres (390 feet); and, iii) for the purposes of this Subsection, 'Lot Area' shall be def i ned as the total horizontal area within the lot 1 ines. (b) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 17, Concession 7, in the Township of Kincardine and delineated as 'A1-91- 15b' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law, may be used for agricultural purposes, in compliance with the 'A1' Zone provisions, conta i ned in thi s By-Law, except i n9, however, that: i) no residential structures shall be permitted. (c) Notwithstanding their 'A2' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 17, Concess ion 7, in the Townsh i p of Kincardine and delineated as 'A2-21' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law, may be used for agricultural purposes in comp1 iance with the 'A2' Zone provisions contained in this By-Law, excepting, however, that: i ) no new res i dent i a 1 structures sha 11 be permitted. . . . , , -2- 2. Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A1' and 'A2' to 'A1-91-15a', 'A1-91-15b', 'A2-21' and 'EP', the Zoning designation of those lands described as Part of Lot 17, Concession 7, in the Township of Kincardine, as shown on the attached Schedule "A". 3. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983.
