THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 91-17
(CANADIAN AGRA/ELAMEO FARMS)
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine
pursuant to Sect i on 34 of the Pl anni ng Act, 1983, ENACTS as
follows:
1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive
Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the Township of
Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the
following Subsection 9.3.12(a) and 9.3.12(b) to Section
9.0 thereof:
9.3.12
(a) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning
designation, those lands described as Part
of Lot 1, Concession 3 NOR, in the
Township of Kincardine and delineated as
'A1-91-17a' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law
may be used for residential purposes, in
addition to those uses normally permitted,
in compliance with the 'A1' Zone
provisions, contained in this By-Law,
excepting, however, that:
i) the 'Minimum Lot Area' shall be 0.9
hectares (2.25 acres); and
i i) the 'Minimum Lot Frontage' shall be
66.5 metres.
(b) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning
designation, those lands described as Part
of Lot 1, and Lots 2 and 3, Concession 3
NOR, and Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, in
the Township of Kincardine and delineated
as 'Al-91-17b' on Schedule "A" to this By-
Law, may be used for agricultural
purposes, in compliance with the 'A1' Zone
provisions, contained in this By-Law,
excepting, however, that:
i) no new residential structures shall
be permitted.
2. Schedu 1 e "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'AI' to 'Al-91-
17a' and from 'A1' to 'A1-91-17b', the Zoning designation
of those lands described as Part of Lot 1, and Lots 2 and
3, Concession 3 NDR, and Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, in
the Townsh i p of K i ncard i ne , as shown on the attached
Schedule "A".

3. Thi s By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by
Council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the
provisions of the Planning Act, 1983.
