HomeMy WebLinkAboutTWP 91 044 Amend No82 08 CanAgr v , , . > - " # THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 9/-41- (CANADIAN AGRA/ELAMEO FARMS) A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 82-08, AS AMENDED BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as follows: 1. By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By-Law of the Corporation of the Township of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 9.3.12(a) and 9.3.12(b) to Section 9.0 thereof: 9.3.12 (a) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 1, Concession 3 NOR, in the Township of Kincardine and delineated as 'A1-91-17a' on Schedule "A" to this By-Law may be used for residential purposes, in addition to those uses normally permitted, in compliance with the 'A1' Zone provisions, contained in this By-Law, excepting, however, that: i) the 'Minimum Lot Area' shall be 0.9 hectares (2.25 acres); and ii) the 'Minimum Lot Frontage' shall be 66.5 metres. (b) Notwithstanding their 'A1' Zoning designation. those lands described as Part of Lot 1, and Lots 2 and 3, Concession 3 NOR, and Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, in the Township of Kincardine and delineated as 'A1-91-17b' on Schedule "A" to this By- Law, may be used for agricultural purposes, in compliance with the 'A1' Zone provisions, contained in this By-Law, excepting, however, that: i) no new residential structures shall be permitted. 2. Schedu 1 e "A" of By-Law No. 82-08, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'A1' to 'A1-91- 17a' and from 'A1' to 'A1-91-17b', the Zoning designation of those lands described as Part of Lot 1, and Lots 2 and 3, Concession 3 NOR, and Part of Lot 1, Concession 4, in the Township of Kincardine, as shown on the attached Schedule "A". t t ,. -2- 3. This By-Law takes effect from the date of passage by council and comes into force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, 1983. 4. By-Law 91-17 is hereby rescinded.
