THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
NO. 2001 - 108
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 1982'()8 WHICH IS THE
TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE'S ZONING BY-LAW RESPECTING THE REMOVING
OF HOLDING PROVISIONS FROM LANDS LOCATED ON PART 2 OF PLAN 3R
7416 BEING PART OF LOTS 2 AND 3, CONCESSION 3, SDR, MUNICIPALITY OF
KINCARDINE (FORMERLY TOWNSHIP OF KINCARDINE)
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Township of Kincardine passed By-
law 1982-08, being the former Township of Kincardine's Comprehensive Zoning By-
law;
AND WHEREAS By-law 1982-08 as amended by By-law 2001-26, placed certain
lands in a Holding Residential (R1-2001-15-h) category and specified the use to which
lands, buildings, or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is
removed pursuant to Section 36 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13;
AND WHEREAS the provision relating to the removal of the holding symbol contained
in the Township of Kincardine's Official Plan has been satisfied;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as
follows:
1. Schedule "A" forming part of former Township of Kincardine's By-law 1982-08 as
amended by By-law 2001-26, is hereby further amended by removing the
Holding ("h"') symbol from a portion of the zoning category Holding Residential
(R1-2001-15-h) to establish that the Residential (R1-2001-15) zoning category
applies to the land lying and being in the former Township of Kincardine, being
described generally as Part 2 on Plan 3R 7416 being a part of Part Lots 2 and 3,
Concession 3, SDR, Municipality of Kincardine, described more particularly in
Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
2. This by-law may be cited as the "Remove Holding Provision from Part 2 on Plan
3R 7416 being a part of Part Lot 2 and 3, Concession 3, SDR, By-law".
READ a FIRST, SECOND, and a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 1ih day of
September, 2001.
