THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. ~~67
A By-Law to amend No. 4350, as amended, being the
Restricted Area By-Law for the Corporation of the
Town of Kincardine.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Kincardine pursuant to Section 39, of the Planning Act R.S.O.
1980, ENACTS AS follows:
1. THAT Section 12 "Exemptions" be amended by adding the
following:
"12.16 - Notwithstanding the prov~s~ons of the "R3-1"
zone on those lands described as Parts 2 and
3 of Reference Plan 3R 3062, a clinic and the
offices of a medical practitioner; dentist,
chiropractor, lawyer, engineer, surveyor,
accountant, or other recognized professions,
shall be permitted. Permitted uses shall not
include a sales office of any kind. Building
height shall be limited to a maximum of two
storeys."
2. THAT Section 12.15 "Exemptions" of By-Law 4461 be deleted
and replaced with the following:
"12.17 - Notwithstanding the provisions of the "Rl"
Residential One Zone a duplex shall be permitted
on Lot 7, Plan 503, east side of Goderich Street.
3. Section 2 and 4 of By-Law No. 4461 passed on the 24th day
of June, 1982 be and the same are hereby repealed.
4. This By-Law shall come into force and take effect upon
final passing thereof by the Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Kincardine subject to compliance with the
provisions of The Planning Act (R.S.O. 1980), and amend-
ments thereto.
