THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 4274
·
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 2050, as amended being
the Restricted Area By-law for the Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine.
The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it
desireable to amend its said Restricted Area By-law as
hereinafter provided:
1. By-law No. 2050, being the Town of Kincardine Restricted
Area Zoning By-law, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding the following subsection (3) to Section 9 thereof:
(3) Notwithstanding their "Rl" zoning designation,
the lands delineated as "Rl-4" on Schedule C
of this By-law, shall only be used in compliance
with the -Rln zone provisions contained in this
By-law excepting however that:
a) the minimum lot area for a semi-detached dwelling
house with public water only, shall be 938 square
metres;
b) the minimum lot frontage for a semi-detached
dwelling house with public water only, shall
be 13 metres.
2. Schedule C of By-law No. 2050, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from "Rl" to "Rl-4"
the zoning designation of the lands shown on Schedule "A"
attached hereto.
3. By-law No. 4243 is hereby repealed.
This By-law comes into force and effect on the final
passing thereof by the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Kincardine subject to the provisions of the Planning Act
R.S.O. 1970 c. 349 and amendments thereto.
