BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 003-25,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW F THE
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE

Municipality of Kincardine (former Township of Kincardi e)
WHEREAS Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O 1990, Chapter 13 aut orizes the Councils of
Municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws which comply with an approv official plan;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincard ne has enacted By-law
2003-25, a zoning by-law enacted under Section 34 of the said Planning Act;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine esires to amend By-law
2003-25;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardi e ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule 'A'to By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is hereby further amen ed by changing thereon
from 'A1' to 'I', 'I' to 'A1' and 'A1' to 'A1-I', the zoning designation ofthos lands described as
Part Lots 9 and 10, Concession 1 NDR, (being part of Parts 2 and 3 on R 3R-6082), Municipality
of Kincardine (fonner Township of Kincardine) which are outlined on the ttached Schedule 'A',
2. By-Law No. 2003-25, as amended, being the Comprehensive Zoning By- aw for the Municipality
of Kincardine, is hereby further amended by adding the following paragra hs to subsection 9.3
thereof:
Notwithstanding their 'A l' Zoning designation, those Ian s described as Part Lots
9 and 10, Concession 1 NDR, (being part of Parts 2 nd 3 on RP 3R-6082),
Municipality of Kincardine (former Township of Kincar ine), and delineated as
'A1-I' on Schedule 'A' to this By-law may be used for general agriculture
purposes in compliance with the 'A1' Zone provisions ontained in this By-law,
excepting however, that:
(i) The minimum lot area shall be 37.52 ha;
(ii) The minimum front yard setback shall be 15.0 m
(iii) The minimum side yard setback shall be 10.0 m.
3. This By-law takes effect from the date of passage by Council and comes into force and effect
pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
