Home My WebLink About01 135 amend cttee apoint 2001U e e e e THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 2001 -135 A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS BY-LAW WHEREAS By-law No. 2001-11 was passed on the 14th day of February, 2001 to appoint members to various advisory committees, special committees, boards and commissions; AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to amend this by-law to appoint additional persons; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule "U" (Page 1 of 2) of By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "U" (Murray Munro). 2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. 3. This by-law may be cited as the "Committee Appointments Amendment By-law, (Tiverton Sports Centre) November 2001.
