Home My WebLink About01 030 amend cttee X, J, F e e e e TIlE CORPORATION OF TIlE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 2001 - 30 A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS BY-LAW WHEREAS By-law No. 2001-11 was passed on the 14th day of February, 2001 to appoint members to various advisory committees, special committees, boards and commissions; AND WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of The Municipality of Kincardine deems it expedient to amend this by-law to appoint additional persons; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule "F" of By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "F" (John Fanell, Ron Tout. William Tennyson, Ron Roppel, William Shaw, Ernie Greer, Rev. Robert Hiscox - Community Policing Committee). 2. Schedule "X" (Page 3 of 4) of By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule "X" (Page 3 of 4) (Boyd Jeffrey - Fish Kincardine Salmon Derby). 3. Schedule "J" of By-law No. 2001-11 be hereby rescinded and replaced with the attached Schedule" J" (Heritage Kincardine). 4. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. 5. This by-law may be cited as the ""Committee Appointments Amendment, By-law, April 2001".
