NO. 2011 — 046
A BY -LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDINGS
OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine deems it advisable
to enact a confirming by -law to confirm the actions of the Council at its meetings;
• NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the actions of the Council at its meeting held on March 7, 2011,
March 9, 2011, March 14, 2011 and March 16, 2011 in respect of
recommendations from the Planning Advisory Committee and in respect of
each recommendation, reports of committees and staff forwarded
therewith, and in respect to each motion, resolution and other action
passed and taken by the Council at its said meeting, is, except where the
prior approval of the Ontario Municipal Board is required, hereby adopted,
ratified and confirmed.
2. That the Mayor, Chief Administrative Officer, and Clerk, and their
designates thereof, be and they are hereby authorized and directed to do
all things necessary to give effect to the said action or to obtain approval
where required and except where otherwise provided, the Mayor, Chief
Administrative Officer and Clerk, and their designates thereof, are hereby
directed to execute all documents required by Statute to be executed by
• them, as may be necessary in that behalf and to affix the Corporate Seal
of the municipality to all such documents, and the Treasurer, and a
designate thereof, is hereby directed to execute all other documents
necessary in that behalf and to affix the Corporate Seal of the municipality
to all such documents.
