AND WHEREAS municipal Councils have the authority to establish rates and fees under various acts; NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: • 1) That the Council of the Municipality of Kincardine does now set the rates and fees for services described in the schedules attached to this by -law as Schedules A to S. 2) That Schedules A to S attached hereto form part of the by -law. 3) That By-law No. 2009 —185, By -law No. 2010 -008, By -law No. 2010 -059, By -law No. 2010 -088, By -law No. 2010 -112 are hereby repealed. 4) That this by -law shall supercede any previous by -law inconsistent with the provisions contained herein. 5) That the rates and fees as set out in Schedules A to S come into effect January 01, 2011. 6) That this By -law may be cited as the "2011 Consolidated Rates and Fees By -law".
