BY-LAW
NO. 2001 - 124
A BYLAW TO ESTABLISH THE FEES FOR THE SERVICES
PERFORMED BY THE MUNICIPALITY
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
deems it expedient to establish fees for the services performed by the
Municipality.
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That By-law 1999-33, as amended, be repealed and be replaced with this
by-law.
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage.
3. This By-law shall be known as the "Consolidated Fee By-law, 2001".
READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME this 10th day of October 2001.
READ a THIRD and FINAL time and DEEMED TO BE PASSED this
24th day of October 2001.

Transient Rates:
