HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 82 4487 Tax Write-Offs A.RC . . THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW 4487 BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE REFUND OF TAXES IN THE YEAR 1982. Authority: Section 496, The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980 NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That the following 1982 taxes as set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto be and the same are hereby ratified as reduced or increased by the Assessment Review Court. 2. Tbat the following 1982 taxes as set out in Schedule "B:'! attached hereto be and the same are hereby cancelled or reduced. ,i.\O V ~ 3. That the tax arrears as set out in Schedule "C" attached hereto be and the same are hereby cancelled for the year 1981 and prior. 4 . That the following accounts deemed uncollectable as set out in Scl'íedule "D" attached hereto be and the same are hereby cancelled.
