HomeMy WebLinkAbout10 005 Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By-Law 2003-25• • • THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE BEING A BY -LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY -LAW NO. 2003 -25, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY -LAW FOR THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE 2094942 Ontario Inc, Part of Lot 3, Concession 3 (being Part 3 on RP 3R- 7416), Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Township of Kincardine) WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine adopted By -law No. 2003 -25, the Zoning By -law for the Municipality of Kincardine; AND WHEREAS By -law No. 2003 -025 placed certain lands in a `R1 -m -h' Residential One Special Holding' category and specified the use to which lands, buildings or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is removed pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13; AND WHEREAS the provisions relating to the removal of the holding symbol contained in Municipality of Kincardine By -law No. 2003 -025 Paragraph 2 (i) has been satisfied; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule `A' to By -law No. 2003 -25 as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from `R1- m- h ` to `R1- m' described as Part of Lot 3, Concession 3 (being Part 3 on RP — 7416) the zoning designation of those lands described as which are outlined on the attached Schedule `A'. 2. This By -law shall come into force and effect on the final passing thereof by the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, subject to compliance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. 3. This By -law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning By -law No. 2003 -25 (Part of Lot 3, Concession 3 (being Part 3 on RP — 7416)), Municipality of Kincardine [geographic Township of Kincardine]) By -law ". READ a FIRST and SECOND TIME this 20 day of January, 2010. READ a THIRD TIME and FINALLY PASSED this 20 day of January, 2010.
