A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 4350, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE 1. By-Law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 12.24 to Section 12: 12.24 Notwithstardin;¡ their 'Cl' Zonin;¡ designation, thoæ lards described as Rirt lot 10, S:Juth Side of IlIrhan street, '1bW1 Plot of Fènetarr;¡ore, an:1 identified by the :1I::me symbol 'Cl-2' on the S::hedule "A" of this EY-Law, shall only be used for the uses normally pemitted in the 'Cl' Zone, in canpliance with the "Cl" :lane provisions contained in this EY-Law, except in;¡ , hoæver that, the minimun rear yard requirement of SUbæction 6. 3. 2. 6) shall rot apply to the main buildin;¡ in 1IItIich an 'autanotive ærv ice station' or a 'publ ic gara;;¡e' is con:1u::ted. 2. Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby further amended by chang ing thereon from "Cl" to "Cl-2" the zoning designation of those lands shown outlined by the heaviest black broken line on the attached Schedule "A". 3. AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or agency may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board in. respect of the By-Law by filing with the Clerk of the Town of Kincardine not later than the 6th day of June. , 1985, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-Law and the reasons in support of the objection. An explanation of the purpose and effèct of the By-Law, describing the lands to which the By-Law applies, and a key map showing the location of the lands to which the By-Law applies, has been provided. N OG 2G 0 Telephone: (519) 396-3468 EXPLAM TOR Y NOTE ZONING BY-LAW NO. 4666 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE - Zoning By-Law No. 4666 was passed under Section 34 of The Planning Act, 1983. It amends the Town of Kincardine Camprehensive Zoning By-Law No. 4350, as amended. The purpose of Zoning By-Law No. 4666 is to change the zoning of certain lands within the Tbwn from the 'Cl - General Commercial' Zoning classification to the 'Cl-2 I Zoning classification. The effect of this change is as follows: . The ~ Zoning classification generally applies to the Town's downtown commercial core area and would permit a wide range of commercial and service type enterprises including a "public garage" and an "automotive service station", provided that certain development standards are compl ied wi th . The 'Cl-2' Zoning classification would permit those uses normally permitted within a 'Cl' Zone, in campliance with the same development standards as the Cl Zone, except that a building housing the principal uses associated with a "public garage" or "autamotive service station" would not be required to provide a minimum rear yard. The lands affected by By-Law No. 4666 comprise Part of lot 10, South Side of Durham Street, Townplot of penetangore, in the Town of Kincardine, and are shown in more detail on the 'Key Map' provided on the reverse of this form.
