THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW 4680
A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW WITH RESPECT TO
THE DESCRIPTION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA.
.
WHEREAS the council did on October 4, 1979, ENACT By-law
4241, which designated an improvement area known as the
Town of Kincardine Business Improvement Area and established
a Board of Management therefore;
AND WHEREAS By-law 4241 was approved by Order of the Ontario
Municipal Board No. M79377 issued November 27, 1979;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Kincardine has
deemed it expedient to enlarge the Business Improvement
Area to include most of the commercial area that is zoned
General Commercial "Cl";
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That Section 1 of By-law 4241 of the Corporation
of the Town of Kincardine be amended by the addition
of the area in Schedule "A" attached hereto.
2. That Schedule "B" of By-law 4241 of the Corporation
of the Town of Kincardine be deleted therefrom and
Schedule "B" annexed hereto and made part of this
By-law depicting and outlining in blue the geographic
extent of the improvement area known at the Town
of Kincardine Business Improvement Area (as outlined
in blue therein) be inserted in lieu thereof.
3. That this by-law shall not come into force or effect
until it has been approved by the Ontario Municipal
Board.

1985.

Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, east side of Queen Street, Plan 4.

of Durham Street, Plan 61.
Lots g to 12 inclusive and part of Lot 13, south side of
Durham Street, Plan 61.
Lots g to 12 inclusive and part of Lot 13, north side of
Lambton Street, Plan 61.
The easterly 113 feet of Lots 1 and 2, east side of Queen
Street, Plan 61.
The westerly 75 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3, west side of
Princes Street, Plan 61.
Lots 2 to 5 inclusive Durham Market North, Plan 61.
All of the lands known as Victoria Park.
Lots 6, 7 and g, Durham Market South.
Lot "B" west of Queen Street, Plan 61.
The remaining westerly part of Lots 9 and 10 and Lot "A"
outside of the present Business Improvement Area.
The westerly 200 feet of Lots 4 to g inclusive, west side
of Queen Street, Plan 61.
Lot 7, east side of Huron Terrace, Plan 61.
Lots 4 to 10 inclusive, soath side of Harbour Street
including all of the area bounded by the north by Harbour
Street, on the east by Huron Terrace, on the west by Lake
Huron and on the south by the harbour basin and entrance
channel' thereto.
Lots 10 to 14 inclusive, east side of SAugeen Street (closed,
Plan 61.
The area known as MacPherson Park.
Lots 4 and 5, west side of Huron Terrace, Plan 61.
Lots 4 and 5, east side of Huron Terrace.
The area includes all road allowances abutting the above
men:t;ioned lots as shown on the attached schedule "B".
All of the area as shown outlined in blue on Schedule "B".
