THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 4694
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE A QUIT CLAIM DEED
WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are surplus to municipal
requirements.
The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine enacts that the lands
hereinafter particularly described, namely see Schedule "A"
attached hereto, that a quit claim deed be given to the present
owners, William David Douglas Greb and Diane Greb, for the
consideration of $2.00 and that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary therefore,
and to attach the Corporate Seal thereto.
READ a FIRST AND SECOND time this 7th

SCHEDULE "A"
BY-LAW 4694
DESCRIPTION
The whole of Lot 3, on the North side of Elgin Market
Square, in the Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce,
according to registered Plan 61.
SUBJECT to an Easement dated June 1, 1970, and registered
in the Registry Division of Bruce (No. .3) on June 9, 1970,
as Number 77155 from R.E. Johnston Limited to McLean &
Harris of Kincardine Limited to install, maintain, keep
up and replace sewer over part Lot 3 on the North side
of Elgin Market Square and which part is more particularly
described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northeast angle of Lot 3,
THENCE Southerly along the Easterly limit of Lot 3, a
distance of five feet (5');
THENCE Westerly and parallel to the Northerly limit of
Lot 3 to the intersection with the Westerly limit of Lot 3;
THENCE Northerly along the Westerly limit a distance of
five feet (5') to the Northwest angle of Lot 3;
THENCE Easterly along the Northerly limit to the Point of
Commencement.
