A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.4350, AS AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE THE COUNCIL of the pursuant to Section 34 follows: Corporation of the of The Planning Town of Kincardine, Act, 1983, ENACTS as 1. By-Law No. 4350, as amended, being the Comprehensive zoning By-Law for the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 12.32 to Section 12 thereof: 12.32 Notwithstanding their "Rl" Zoning designation, those lands described as Part of Lot 23, North side of Albert Street and East side of Queen Street, Registered Plan No. 61, Town of Kincardine, and identified by the Zone symbol 'Rl-7' on the Schedule "A" of this By-Law shall only be used for those uses normally permitted in the 'Rl' Zone in compliance with the 'Rl' Zone provisions contained in this By-Law or, alternatively, a carpet and vinyl flooring retail outlet and one accessory dwelling unit and one non-accessory dwelling unit in the building existing at the day of passage of By-Law No. 4768, excepting however, that: . Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'Rl' to 'Rl-7' the Zoning designation of those lands described as Part of Lot 23, North Side of Albert Street and East Side of Queen Street, Registered Plan No. 61, in the Town of Kincardine, and which are shown outlined by the heaviest black broken line on the Schedule "A" of this By-Law. 3.
