HomeMy WebLinkAboutKIN 86 4774 Defeated THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE . BY-LAW 4774 BEING A BY-LAW TO ENTER INTO A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH DEDI-CARE GROUP INC. WHEREAS Section 50(b) of The planning Act, 1983, authorizes a council to enter into an agreement with the developer in regard to the proposed development of a site; AND WHEREAS Dedi-Care Group Inc. is proposing to convert and construct an addition to the existing dwelling located on Part of Lots 4 and 5, north side of Durham Street, Plan 61 being Part 2 of RP 3R-I018; AND WHEREAS The corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it desirable to enter into an agreement with the developers; NOW THEREFORE, the council of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That the mayor and clerk are hereby authorized, on behalf of The corporation of the Town of Kincardine, to sign the development agreement with Dedi-Care Group Inc. for a 45 bed senior citizens retirement lodge on Part of Lots 4 and 5, North side of Durham street, plan 61 being more particularly described as Part 2 of Reference Plan 3R-I018.
