A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 4350, AS
AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF KINCARDINE
THE COUNCIL of The
pursuant to Section 34
follows:

By-law No. 4350, as amended, being
By-law for The Corporation of the
hereby further amended by adding
12.33 to Section 12 thereof:

12.33
Notwithstanding their 'Rl' Zoning
designation, those lands described as Part of
Park Lot 8, West Side of Park Street,
Registered Plan No. 61, Town of Kincardine,
and indentified by the Zone symbol 'Rl-8' on
the Schedule "An of this By-law shall only be
used for the purposes for a single detached
dwelling and uses accessory thereto on an
existing lot, in compliance with the 'Rl'
Zone requirements, excepting, however that:
i)
the requirement of Section
By-laws for frontage on
street shall not apply;
4.8 of this

ii) the front lot line shall be the lot line
corresponding with the boundary of the
Park Street road allowance.
2. Schedule "A" of By-law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'D' to 'Rl-8' the
Zoning designation of those lands described as Part of Park
Lot 8, West Side of Park Street, Registered Plan No. 61, in
the Town of Kincardine, and which are shown outlined by the
heaviest black broken line on the Schedule "A" of this By-
law.

This By-law takes effect from the date of
Council and comes into force pursuant to the
