Schedule "A" of By-law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'Rl' to 'Rl-6' the Zoning designation of those lands described as Lots 14 and 15 and Part of Lot 13, Registered plan No. 347 and Part of Lot 28, West Side of penetangore Row, Plan 61, in the Town of Kincardine, and which are shown outlined by the heaviest black broken line on the Schedule "A" of this By-law. . 3.
