BY-LAW NO. 4778

A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 4350, AS
AMENDED, BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
BY-LAW FOR THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF KINCARDINE

Notwithstanding their 'Rl' Zoning designation,
those lands described as Lots 14 and 15 and Part
of Lot 13, Registered Plan No. 347, and Part of
Lot 28, West side of penetangore Row, Plan 61, in
the Town of Kincardine, and identified by the Zone
symbol Rl-6 on the Schedule "A" of this By-law
shall only be used for a single detached dwelling,
in compliance with the 'Rl' Zone requirements,
excepting, however that:
i) the minimum yard requirements of Subsection
5.1.2. of this By-law applying to attached
accessory buildings and single detached
dwellings shall not apply;
iii) the requirement of section 4.8 of this By-law
for frontage on an improved street shall not
apply;
iv) notwithstanding anything contained in this
By-law to the contrary, only one (1) single
detached dwelling shall be permitted, and the
location of such single detached dwelling
shall be limited to the area identified as
"Building Area" on Schedule "B-2" of this By-
law.
2. Schedule "A" of By-law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'Rl' to 'Rl-6' the
Zoning designation of those lands described as Lots 14 and
15 and Part of Lot 13, Registered plan No. 347 and Part of
Lot 28, West Side of penetangore Row, Plan 61, in the Town
of Kincardine, and which are shown outlined by the heaviest
black broken line on the Schedule "A" of this By-law.

By-law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto a Schedule "B-2" as shown on the attached
Schedule "B".

This By-law takes effect from the date of
