A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO.
THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW
THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
4350, AS AMENDED, BEING
FOR THE CORPORATION OF
The Council of the
pursuant to Section 34
follows:
Corporation of the Town of Kincardine,
of The planning Act, 1983, ENACTS as
1. Section 12 of By-law No. 4350, as amended, being the Zoning
By-law for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine is
hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection
12.42 to Section 12 thereof:
12.42
Notwithstanding their 'R2' Zoning designation,
those lands described as Lot 34, West of Queen
Street, Townplot of penetangore, and further as
Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 3R-1252, in the
Town of Kincardine, and identified by the zone
symbol 'R2-2' on Schedule "A" to this By-law, may
be used for a quadraplex dwelling house as it
exists at the date of passing of this by-law, in
addition to those uses normally permitted, in
compliance with the 'R2' Zone provisions contained
in this By-law, providing however that:
(a)
the existing quadraplex dwelling house
only be permitted for as long as
dwelling house exists;
shall
such
(b) the minimum required lot width and lot area
for the existing quadraplex dwelling house
shall be 25 metres and 2,023 square metres
respectively.
(c)
for the purposes
"Lot" shall mean
contiguous parcels
of paragraph (b) above,
a parcel of land or
in the same ownership.
2. Schedule nAn of By-law No. 4350, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing thereon from 'R2' (Residential
Two) to 'R2-2' (Residential Two Special) the zoning
designation of those lands described as Lot 34, West of
Queen Street, Townplot of Penetangore, and further described
as Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 3R-1252, in the Town of
Kincardine, and shown outlined by the heaviest black broken
line on Schedule "An to this By-law.

This By-law takes effect from the date of
