THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 1988-17
BEING A BY-LAW TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CORRECTION WITH
LORNE EMMERTON AND ARTHUR MCCORMICK -IN TRUST" FOR
LOYAL ORANGE LODGE NUMBER 165 CONCERNING LOTS NUMBER 35
AND 36, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF MECHANICS AVENUE, IN THAT
PART OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE FORMERLY KNOWN AS
WILLIAMSBURG, IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE, IN THE COUNTY
OF BRUCE
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it
expedient to execute a Deed of Correction with Lorne Emmerton and
Arthur McCormick "in Trust" for Loyal Orange Lodge Number 765,
concerning Lots 35 and 36, on the North side of Mechanics Avenue,
in that Part of the Town of Kincardine formerly known as
Williamsburg, in the Town of Kincardine, in the County of Bruce;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine, the
Deed of Correction with Lorne Emmerton and Arthur McCormick
"in Trust" for Loyal orange Lodg e Numbe r 765, concern ing
Lots 35 and 36, on the North side of Mechanics Avenue, in
that Part of the Town of Kincardine formerly known as
Williamsburg, in the Town of Kincardine, in the County of
Bruce.
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the
date of its final passage.
READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 17th day of March, 1988.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
WHEREAS the lands and premises hereinbefore described were conveyed
by the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine to LOYAL ORANGE LODGE NUMBER
165 by a Deed dated the 19th day of December, 1951 and registered on the
3rd day of December, 1957.
D WHEREAS the Grantee in said Instrument Number 14264 was incorrectly
described inasmuch as LOYAL ORANGE LODGE NUMBER 765 is unincorporated
and therefore is not an entity.
AND WHEREAS the herein Transfer is given to the Grantee in order to correct
the deficiency in describing the Grantee in the original instrument.
