THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW 1988-44 A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A PAYMENT-IN- LIEU OF PARKING AGREEMENT WITH BOSSDEV DEVELOPMENTS INC. CONCERNING THE NORTH HALF OF SUBDIVISION LOT NUMBER 1 OF LOT NUMBER 11, SOUTH OF DURHAM STREET, PLAN NUMBER 61, TOWN OF KINCARDINE, COUNTY OF BRUCE AND PART OF LOT NO. 12, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF DURHAM STREET, REGISTERED PLAN NO. 61, IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE, COUNTY OF BRUCE WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it expedient to enter into an agreement with Bossdev Developments Inc. concerning the property described as the north half of Subdivision Lot Number 1 of Lot Number 11, south of Durham Street, Plan Number 61, Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce and part of Lot No. 12, on the south side of Durham Street, Registered Plan No. 61, in the Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine, the attached agreement with Bossdev Developments Inc. concerning the property described as the north half of Subdivision Lot Number 1 of Lot Number 11, south of Durham Street, Plan Number 61, Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce and Part of Lot No. 12, on the south side of Durham Street, Registered plan No. 61, Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce. 2. The clerk is hereby authorized to register this agreement against the subject property. 3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage.
