THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 1988-66
BEING A BY-LAW TO SELL A PARCEL OF MUNICIPAL LAND
DESCRIBED AS PART OF LOT 25 AND PART OF LOT 24, EAST
SIDE OF PENETANGORE ROW, PLAN 61, IN THE TOWN OF
KINCARDINE, COUNTY OF BRUCE
WHEREAS Tehinder Kohli has submitted an Offer to Purchase for the
land hereinafter described and outlined in red on Schedule "B"
attached;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute such
documents as they may deem adviseable to convey such lands
to Tehinder Kohli as it may direct in accordance with said
Offer to Purchase attached as Schedule "A".
2. The lands referred to consist of Part of Lot 25 and Part of
Lot 24, east side of Penetangore Row, Plan 61, in the Town
of Kincardine, County of Bruce.
