THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW NO. 1989-77
BEING A BY-LAW TO REPEAL EXISTING PARKING POLICIES
IN TBE TONN OF KINCARDINE
WBEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine
passed the following resolution at their regular meeting held on
November 4, 1983;
AND WBEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine pased the following resolution at their regular
meeting held on August 2, 1984;
AND WBEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine deems it desireable to rescind these resolutions;
NOW TBEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED TBAT the Council for The Corporation
of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That this Council amend Motion Number Two passed on November
4, 1983 and Motion Number Ten passed on August 2, 1984 which
read as follows:
"When a proposed severance will result in a shortage of
required parking spaces for a property, a fee of $500.00 per
parking space will be assessed to the property owner. All
fees will be directed to the Parking Lot Reserve Fund."
"That this Council establish a policy as follows: 'The
Requirement for parking in By-law 4350 shall be inapplicable
within the C1 Zone unless a severance, a new building or an
addition to an existing building is requested.'"
2. That this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon
the date of its final passage.
3. This By-law shall be known as the "Parking Policy Repeal By-
law."
READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 6th day of July, 1989.
