WBBRBAS the Pentecostal Church has submitted an Offer to Purchase
for the land hereinafter described and more particularly
described in the Offer to Purchase attached hereto as Schedule
"An;
ROW THEREFORB the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine BRACTS as follows:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute such
documents as they may deem adviseable to convey such lands
to the Pentecostal Church as it may direct in accordance
with said Offer to Purchase attached as Schedule "A".
2. The lands referred to consist of Part of Lots 2 & 3, north
side of Bruce Avenue, west of Alice Street, Town of
Kincardine, County of Bruce.
3. The purchase price of the said land shall be Six Thousand
Eight Hundred Dollars ($6,800.00).
4. The short name for this by-law shall be the "Land Sale to
Pentecostal Church By-law".
5. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the
date of its final passage.

lhe purchaser understands that the purchase price represents only the vendor's cost of
acquisition of the subject property and its costs of disposition.
This offer is conditional upon the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine
passing a by-law to authorize the sale of the property.
The purchaser agrees to accept full responsibility for and pay for any and all additional
costs involved In completing this transaction including, without limiting the generality
of the foregoing, any:, additional survey costs, reference plan costs and purchaser's legal
fees and expenses.
This offer is conditional upon the purchase being approved by the Local ~
