Limited has submitted an Offer to Purchase for the land hereinafter described and more particularly described in the Offer to Purchase attached hereto as Schedule "A"¡ ROW THBRBFORB the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine BRACTS as follows: 1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute such documents as they may deem adviseable to convey such lands to Kincardine Cable T.V. as it may direct in accordance with said Offer to Purchase attached as Schedule "A". 2. The lands referred to consist of Part of Lots 1 and 2, north side of Bruce Avenue, Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce. 3. The purchase price for the said land shall be Nine Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($9,400.00). 4. The short name for this by-law shall be the "Land Sale to Kincardine Cable T.V. Limited By-law". 5. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the date of its final passage.
