THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KlNCARDINE
BY-LAW
No. 2008 - 198
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND ZONING BY-LAW NO. 2003-25,
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW FOR THE
MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE

WHEREAS the Council for the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine
adopted By-law No. 2007- 345, amending By-law No. 2003-25, the Zoning By-
law for the Municipality of Kincardine;
AND WHEREAS By-law No. 2007- 345 placed certain lands in a 'R4-g-H
Residential Four Special Holding category, and specified the use to which lands,
buildings or structures may be put until such time as the holding symbol is
removed pursuant to Section 36 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13;
AND WHEREAS the provisions relating to the removal of the holding symbol
contained in Municipality of Kincardine By-law No. 2007- 345 Paragraph 2 (iv)
have been satisfied;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Kincardine, ENACTS as follows:
1.
Schedule 'A' to By-law No. 2003-25 as amended, is hereby further
amended by changing thereon from 'R4-g-H' to 'R4-g' the zoning
designation of those lands described as Block F Walsh E/S, Plan M33,
Municipality of Kincardine (geographic Town of Kincardine) which are
outlined on the attached Schedule 'A'.
2. This By-law shall come into force and effect on the final passing thereof by
the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine, subject to
compliance with the provisions of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
3. This By-law may be cited as the "Amendment to Comprehensive Zoning
By-law No. 2003-25 (Block F Walsh E/S, Plan M33, Municipality of
Kincardine [geographic Town of Kincardine]) by-law".
