BEING A BY-LAW TO SELL A PARCEL OF MUNICIPAL LAND
DESCRIBED AS PART OF LOT 25. EAST SIDE OF PENETANGORE
ROW. PLAN 61. IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE. COUNTY OF
BRUCE
WHEREAS ALICE AND GERALD MCVEIGH have submitted an Offer to
purchase for the land hereinafter described and more particularly
descr ibed in the Offer to purchase attached hereto as Schedule
"A" ;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. The mayor and cler k are hereby author i zed to execute such
documents as they may deem advisable to convey such lands to
Alice and Gerald Mcveigh as it may direct in accordance with
said Offer to Purchase attached as Schedule "A".
2. The lands referred to consist of part of Lot 25, east side
of penetangore Row, Plan 61, in the Town 0 f K incard ine,
County of Bruce.
3. That By-law No. 1988-61 be and the same is hereby repealed.
