BY-LAW NO. 1989-31
BEING A BY-LAW TO SELL A PARCEL OF MUNICIPAL LAND
DESCRIBED AS PART OF LOT 22 AND PART OF LOT 23, EAST
S IDE OF PENETANGORE ROW, PLAN 61, IN THE TOWN OF
KINCARDINE, COUNTY OF BRUCE
WHEREAS Swapna Aneja has submitted an Offer to Purchase for the
land hereinafter described and more particularly described in the
Offer to Purchase attached hereto as Schedule "A";
NOW THEREFORE, the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute such
documents as they may deem advisable to convey such lands to
Swapna Aneja as it may direct in accordance with said Offer
to Purchase attached as Schedule "A".
2. The lands referred to consist of part of Lot 22 and Part of
Lot 23, east side of Penetangore Row, plan 61, in the Town
of Kincardine, County of Bruce.
3. That By-law No. 1988-67 be and the same is hereby repealed.

The Purchaser agrees to move the closing date forward to September 30, 198
