THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW NO. 1989-69 BEING A BY-LAW TO ADOPT THE ESTIMATES OF ALL SUMS REQUIRED DURING THE YEAR TO STRIKE THE RATES OF TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 1989.
