THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE
BY-LAW
BY-LAW NO. 1990 - 32
SOOTH SIDE PARK PURCHASE BY-LAW
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Kincardine is interested in
buying the lands hereinafter described for the purposes of creating
a park on the south side of Kincardine.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute the Offer
to Purchase attached as Schedule "A" with Gladys Pearl
MacGregor and to further execute such other documents as they
may deem adviseable to fulfill the said Offer to Purchase.
2. The lands referred to consist of Part of Block "CO, Concession
"A" in the Town of Kincardine, being Part 1 of Reference Plan
3R-2851, Town of Kincardine, County of Bruce.
3. The purchase price of said land shall be One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00).
4. This By-law shall be cited as the "South Side Park Purchase
By-Law" .
