BY-LAW NO. 1990 - 51
A BY-LAW TO APPOINT GAIL MARIE MACKAY
CUSTODIAN - MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS
WHEREAS Section 208, paragraph 45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, Chapter 302, as amended, provides authority for the council
of a local municipality to appoint such officers and servants as
may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation.
AND the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems
it expedient to appoint an Custodian - Municipal Buildings for the
Town of Kincardine.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That Gail Marie MacKay shall be appointed as Custodian for the
Municipal Buildings in the Town of Kincardine.
2. That subject to any limitations prescribed by law or agreed
to by Council, Gail Maire MacKay shall hold office during the
pleasure of council and wh~le holding such office, shall be
paid within Salary Range "E" of Schedule "E" of By-law 1990 -
6. This range may be replaced by by-law of Council in future
years.
3. The exact salary of Gail Marie MacKay shall be adopted by
resoLution of Council within the Range established in
Paragraph 2 of this by-law.
4. That the duties and responsibilities of the Custodian shall
be in accordance with Schedule "AD" of the Job Description By-
law. This description may be replaced by by-law of Council
in future years.
5. The pos~tion of Custodian - Munciipal Buildings shall be
subject to the provisions of the Town's Consolidated Personnel
By-law and other legitimate personnel related policies of
Council, the administration and supervisors.
6. Gail Marie MacKay shall be classified as a permanent full-time
employee.
7.
That all by-laws not consistent with this by-law be and the
same are hereby repealed.

8. That this by-law shall become effective on July 30, 1990.
9.
This by-law may be cited as the "Gail Marie MacKay as
Custodian - Municipal Building By-Law".
