BY-LAW NO. 1991-45
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF A PARKS TRACTOR WITH
PARTIAL FUNDING TO BE BORROWED FROM CURRENT REVENUES.
WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine deems it expedient to purchase a tractor for the
Parks Department;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The corporation of the Town
of Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the manager of public works is hereby authorized and
directed to purchase from Bruce Tractor and Lawn Care
Limited one John Deere F915 Front Mount and one John
Deere 60· mower, at a cost of $12,247.50.
2. This purchase shall be financed by $3,425.98 from the
parks operating budget and G.S.T. recovered, and the
balance of $8,821.52 to be borrowed from current revenues
for one year, with interest payable upon repayment at a
rate of 10% (ten per cent) per annum. Such repayment to
be included in the Town's 1992 capital budget.
3. This by-law shall not come into full force and take
effect until the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board
is obtained.
4. By-law No. 1991-37 be and the same is hereby repealed.
5. This by-law may be cited as the ·parks Tractor Purchase
By-lawn.

THE BOARD ORDERS that this application be granted and that the
applicant may proceed with the undertaking and may borrow money by
way of temporary advances a sum not exceeding $12,247.50 and shall
raise out of current revenue the sum of $8,821.52 with interest in
the year 1992 sufficient to repay such temporary advances, provided
that the Council of the applicant corporation in exercising any power
approved by this order shall comply and conform with all statutory
and other legal requirements related thereto,
