THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1991-20 A BY-LAW TO THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE AS A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA AND TO ADOPT A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA. WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine has an Official Plan that contains provisions relating to community improvement; AND WHEREAS the Kincardine designates improvement area; lands Official Plan for the Town of the entire Town as a community AND WHEREAS The Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deem it in the interest of the municipality to designate the entire Town as a community improvement project area. AND WHEREAS Section 28(4) of the Planning Act authorizes councils to provide for the preparation of a plan suitable for adoption as a community improvement plan; AND WHEREAS the Community Improvement Plan for the Town of Kincardine conforms to the Official Plan for the Town of Kincardine; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 28(2) of the Planning Act, S.O. 1983, Chapter 1, the entire Town of Kincardine is hereby designated as a community improvement project area. 2. The Community Improvement Plan for the Town of Kincardine consisting of the maps and schedules and explanatory text attached as the Schedule to By-law No. 1990-87 is hereby adopted. However, the appendices do not form part of the Plan. 3. Table 11 in the Community Improvement Plan noted in Paragraph 2 above is hereby replaced with Table 11 attached to and forming a part of this by-law. The clerk application approval of plan. 5. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day of approval by the Minister of Municipal Affairs. 4. is hereby authorized to the Ministry of the aforementioned and directed to make Municipal Affairs for community improvement .. ./2 . .
