BY-LAW
BY-LAW NO. 1991-25
A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH REUNION PARK AND TO RE-ESTABLISH DUNSMOOR
PARK IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE.
WHEREAS Kincardine Town Council wishes to recognize the
outstanding contribution of Norman Dunsmoor to the Town of
Kincardine and, in particular, his contributions to the area
referred to in the Town of Kincardine as Lansdowne Park;
AND WHEREAS, in recognition of the outstanding contribution the
1990 Old Boys and Girls Reunion Committee made to Kincardine in
1990 and their generous donation of $45,000 to the upgrading of
the area in and around the harbour as outlined in the Town's
new Lakefront Development Plan, Kincardine Town Council wishes
to designate Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, west side of Huron Terrace,
Plan 61 and Part of Lot 12, west side of Huron Terrace Townplot
of Penetangore and Part of the "Railway Reserve" being Parts 1
and 2 of Reference Plan 3R-5285", as "Reunion Park".
AND WHEREAS

Kincardine Town Council deems it expedient to
"G", Plan 313 from "Lansdowne Park" to "Dunsmoor
NOW THEREFORE the council for The Corporation of the Town of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That those lands described as Block "G", Plan 313 in the
Town of Kincardine in the County of Bruce which is
commonly known as Lansdowne Park shall be hereby renamed
as Dunsmoor Park.

5. This by-law may be cited as the "Dunsmoor and Reunion
