THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1991-44 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 1988-1 IN ORDER TO REZONE THOSE LANDS DESCRIBED AS LOTS 16, 17, 18, 19 AND 20, PLAN 151, IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE FROM 'R-3' ZONING TO 'R3-6' ZONING. WHEREAS Section 34 of the Plannina Act, S.O. 1983, Chapter 1 authorizes the councils of municipalities to enact and amend zoning by-laws which comply with an approved official plan; AND WHEREAS the Council of The Kincardine has enacted By-law No. enacted under section 34 of the said Corporation of the 1988-1, a zoning Plannina Act; Town of by-law AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine desires to amend By-law No. 1988-1; AND WHEREAS this By-law complies with the Kincardine's Official Plan which was approved by the of Municipal Affairs on January 31, 1989; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: Town of Ministry 1. By-law No. 1988-1, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following Subsection 5.3.11.6 to section 5.3 thereof: Subsection 5.3.11.6 Notwithstanding their 'R-3' zoning designation, those lands described as Lots 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Plan 151, in the Town of Kincardine, and identified by the Zone Symbol 'R3-6' on Schedule "A" of this By-law shall only be used for a non-profit multiple-family dwelling complex and uses accessory thereto in compliance with the following provisions: ZONE REGULATIONS (1) No. of Dwellina Units (Maximum) 4 quadruplex dwelling houses 20 row dwelling units (2) Lot Area (Minimum) 10,050 square metres .. ./2 Page 2 . Schedule "A" of By-law No. 1988-1, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing thereon from 'R1' and 'D' to 'R3-6' the Zoning designation of those lands described as Lots 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20, Plan 151, in the Town of Kincardine, as shown outlined on the attached Schedule nAil. 3. This by-law shall take effect from the date of final passage by Council and comes into full force and effect pursuant to the provisions of the Plannina Act, 1983. 4. This by-law may be cited as the "Russell Meadows Rezoning By-law" . READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 7th day of March, 1991.
