THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINC INE
BY-LAW
NO. 2004 -168
A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM THE PROCEEDING~
OF THE COUNCIL !
OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KINCARDINE I
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kincardine d ems it advisable
to enact a confirming by-law to confirm the actions of the Coun iI at its meetings;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of th Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That the action of the Council at its meeting held Nov mber 3, 2004 in
respect to each recommendation, reports of com ittees and staff
forwarded therewith, and in respect to each motion, re lution and other
action passed and taken by the Council at its said me tings, is, except
where the prior approval of the Ontario Municipal B ard is required,
hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed.
That the Mayor, CAO, and Clerk, and their designate thereof, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to do all things ecessary to give
effect to the said action or to obtain approval where re uired and except
where otherwise provided, the Mayor, CAO and lerk, and their
designates thereof, are hereby directed to execute all do uments required
by Statute to be executed by them, as may be necess ry in that behalf
and to affix the Corporate Seal of the municipality to all such documents,
and the Treasurer, and a designate thereof, is hereby di ected to execute
all other documents necessary in that behalf and to a IX the Corporate
Seal of the municipality to all such documents.

READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD time and FINALLY PA SED this 3rd day
of November, 2004.
