THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1992-65 A BY-LAW TO APPOINT CRAIG WHITFIELD AS INSIDE MAINTAINER FOR THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE. WHEREAS section 207, paragraph 45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.a. 1990, Chapter M.45, provides for the Council of a local municipality to appoint such officers and servants as may be necessary for the purposes of the corporation. AND WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine deems it expedient to appoint an inside maintainer for the Town of Kincardine. NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Craig Whitfield shall be appointed as maintainer for the Town of Kincardine. inside 2. That subject to any limitations prescribed by law or agreed to by Council, Craig Whitfield shall hold office during the pleasure of Council and while holding such office, shall be paid within Salary Range "Inside Maintainer" of Schedules "A" and "I" of By-law No. 1991-87. This range may be replaced by by-law of Council in future years. 3. The exact resolution paragraph 2 by in salary of Craig Whitfield shall be adopted of Council within the Range established of this by-law. 4. That the duties and responsibilities of the inside maintainer shall be in accordance with the Job Description By-law. 5. The position of inside maintainer shall be subject to the provisions of the Town's Consolidated Personnel By-law and other legitimate personnel related policies of Council, the administration and supervisors. 6.
