BY-LAW NO. 1992-72
A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE CONSOLIDATED FEE BY-LAW FOR THE TOWN
OF KINCARDINE.
Council for The Corporation of the Town of
it adviseable to amend the Consolidated Fee
WHEREAS the
Kincardine deems
By-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town
of Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
1. That Schedule "A" to By-law No. 1992-64 is
hereby replaced with Schedule "A" to this by-law.
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon
the date of its final passage.
3. This by-law may be cited as the "Consolidated Fee
Amendment By-law, September, 1992".
READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 3rd day of September, 1992.
READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 17th day of September,
1992.

lateral from the sewer main to the property line,
plus 10% for administration and inspection charges.
Property owner is responsible for the installation
and costs related to the connection from the property
line to the building.

of the original sewer project.
If frontage charges have never been paid, costs would
