THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1992-02 A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 1991-87, BEING THE CONSOLIDATED PERSONNEL BY-LAW FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE. WHEREAS the Council for The Corporation Kincardine passed By-law No. 1991-87 on November, 1991; of the Town of the 7th day of AND WHEREAS the Council deems it expedient to amend By-law No. 1991-87; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That Schedules "A" and "I" of By-law No. 1991-87 be hereby replaced with the attached Schedules "A" and "I". 2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage and is retroactive to January 1, 1992. 3. This by-law may be cited as the "Consolidated Personnel Amendment By-law, 1992". READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 2nd day of January, 1992. READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 2nd day of January, 1992. ~~~ .
