THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE BY-LAW BY-LAW NO. 1992-17 A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH LIONS PARK IN THE TOWN OF KINCARDINE WHEREAS Kincardine Town Council wishes to recognize the contributions of the Kincardine Lions Club to the Town of Kincardine; NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of the Town of Kincardine ENACTS as follows: 1. That the lands described as part of Lots 25 and 26, North Side of Durham Street, original Plan of penetangore in the Town of Kincardine, and more particularly described on Schedule "A" attached, be hereby designated as Lions Park. 2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its final passage. 3. This by-law may be cited as the "Lions Park By-law". READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 5th day of March, 1992. READ a THIRD time and FINALLY PASSED this 19th day of March, 1992. &~~~- Mayor C . . BY-LAW NUMBER 1992-17 SCHEDULE "A" SCHEDULE FOR DESCRIPTION THOSE lands and premises in the Town of Kincardine in the county of Bruce and Province of Ontario and being composed of Part of Lots 25 and 26 on the north side of Durham street, Original Plan of Penetangore, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING to measure at a point along the Easterly limit of said Lot twenty-six (26) a distance of one hundred metres (100 m) from the South East corner of said Lot number twenty-six (26) which shall be the point of commencement; THENCE Southerly along the Easterly limit of said Lot twenty-six (26) a distance of one hundred metres (100 m) to the South East corner of said Lot twenty-six (26); THENCE Westerly along the southerly limit of Lots twenty- five (25) and twenty-six (26) a distance of one hundred and one metres (101 m); THENCE Northerly and parallel with the Easterly limit of said Lot Twenty-five (25) a distance of forty-six metres (46 m); THENCE North-easterly a distance of one hundred and fourteen metres (114 m) to the point of commencement.
