BEING A BY -LAW TO ACCEPT A PROPOSAL TO COMPL~TE THE 2003
ANNUAL MONITORING REPORTS FOR MUNICIPALITY O~ KINCARDINE
LANDFILL SITES !
(PRYDE, SCHROPP, MCCOMB) I

WHEREAS-the Municipal Act,~01. S.O. 2001, c.25 Section 11 (3) authorizes
municipalities to pass by-laws respecting matters within the sp ere of jurisdiction
of waste management; I
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Municipality of Kinflr(nne owns and
operates three landfill sites within municipal boundaries; I
,
AND WHEREAS The Council for the Corporation of the Munici~ality of Kincardine
deems it necessary to complete annual monitoring reports for 12003 for the three
Municipal landfill sites; !
NOW THEREFORE the Council for The Corporation of t e Municipality of
Kincardine ENACTS as follows:
That the proposal of Pryde Schropp McComb to comple e the 2003 annual
monitoring reports for Ward 1 Landfill Site in the amoun of $5,000, Ward 2
Landfill Site in the amount of $2,200 anáWard 3 Landfil Site in-the amount
of $2,200 plus lab fees in the amount of $6,200. 0, for a total of
$15,600.00, plus all applicable taxes, be hereby accept .

2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect upon its Inal passage.
3. This by-law may be cited as the "2003 Landfill Monitorin Reports Proposal
Acceptance (Pryde, Schropp, McComb) By-law".
READ a FIRST and SECOND and THIRD TIME and DEEME TO BE PASSED
this 17th day of September, 2003.
